Who and why
TOMO COSMOS is operated by Tomohisa Haraguchi (Tomo). Contact: tomo.cosmos.hq@gmail.com. First Orbit is a recorded conversation for public learning and editorial storytelling, not a confidential consultation. Participation is voluntary. The standard self-registration path is for adults aged 18 or over who agree for themselves. Contact Tomo before applying about younger participants, accessibility needs or different recording/publication conditions.
What you agree to
We record audio and video and transcribe the conversation to prepare and edit interviews. Permission covers your contribution, chosen public name, image and voice in edited interviews (including longer versions), short clips, audio, articles and quotations on tomocosmos.com and TOMO COSMOS-branded YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Editing can include excerpts, subtitles and translation while preserving meaning and context. Publications may earn ordinary platform advertising revenue. Participation carries no promised payment, publication or commercial opportunity unless agreed separately.
Editorial boundaries
Individual edits or posts within this scope are not routinely sent for preview or approval. Separately agreed exclusions must be honoured. You may ask to pause or stop recording, or raise restrictions or concerns with Tomo. An unresolved restriction is not permission to publish the disputed material. Do not disclose confidential employer information, another person’s private information or material you cannot authorize. This agreement does not cover unrelated advertising endorsements, resale to other publishers, AI model training or a materially different purpose. Those uses need a new agreement.
Your form data
We collect information directly from you. Introduction name, chosen public name, city/country, email, meeting preferences, language, adult confirmation and the two media permissions are required for standard registration. Other profile and reflection answers are optional. We use them to review your request, contact you about this interview, prepare the meeting, match a booking and document the agreement. As an openly stated purpose of First Orbit, Tomo may occasionally follow up personally about this conversation and directly related editorial stories or connections, unless you ask us to stop. This does not authorize promotional newsletters, mass invitations, advertising, third-party offers or unrelated marketing, for which separate permission would be required. We honour any request to stop future personal contact. Your answers and contact details are not published; sensitive personal information is not requested.
Services and access
Cloudflare hosts the website and encrypted D1 intake. When you choose to book, Google processes your appointment details and Google Meet session under its own terms. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside Malaysia. Tomo and authorized people helping with administration or editing receive only information necessary for their work and must honour confidentiality. Agreed published media is accessible to the public and the named publishing platforms. The website does not send submissions to COMPASS 8 or external AI services, and does not start recording or transcription automatically.
Retention
Encrypted First Orbit registration details are retained privately to coordinate this interview and manage related editorial contact. They are reviewed at least annually and initial registration records are assigned an expiry 24 months after submission and removed by the following daily cleanup, whether or not a separate contact relationship continues; they may be deleted sooner if no longer needed. A continuing relationship beyond that intake window requires an appropriate fresh contact arrangement and a separate minimal relationship record; the full questionnaire is not kept indefinitely. Limited recording/publication permission evidence may be held separately while necessary for agreed media use and requests. Recordings, working transcripts, Google booking records, platform backups and published media have separate lifecycles. Earlier registrations remain governed by the shorter retention period originally communicated to those participants.
Your choices and requests
Email tomo.cosmos.hq@gmail.com to ask for access, correction, deletion, limits on use or to withdraw consent. You can also raise concerns during the conversation. We may ask for proportionate verification so we do not disclose information to someone else. On a withdrawal request we stop new recording/publication pending resolution, address material under our control and explain the outcome. Copies already downloaded, shared or cached by others may not be recoverable. Nothing in these terms removes applicable statutory rights.
Proof and earlier registrations
The server records the terms version, displayed language, chosen public name, explicit recording/publication decisions and acceptance time in the encrypted submission. A submission receipt confirms storage, not an appointment or verified identity. Earlier private, recorded or media-preference registrations do not grant permission under these new terms and must never be relabelled as publication consent.

TOMO COSMOSの運営者は原口朋久（Tomo）です。連絡先：tomo.cosmos.hq@gmail.com。First Orbitは、経験から生まれる学びを公開するための、録音・録画を伴う対話企画であり、秘密を前提とした相談サービスではありません。参加は任意です。この標準フォームは18歳以上のご本人用です。18歳未満の方の参加、配慮が必要なこと、記録・公開の個別条件については、お申し込み前にご相談ください。
同意する利用範囲
対話を録音・録画し、インタビューの準備・編集のために文字起こしを行います。許諾の対象は、ご自身の発言、公開用のお名前・顔・声を、編集済みインタビュー（長い形式を含む）、短いクリップ、音声、記事・引用として、tomocosmos.comおよびTOMO COSMOS名義のYouTube・Facebook・Instagramアカウントで公開することです。趣旨と背景を保ちながら、抜粋・字幕・翻訳を行う場合があります。公開内容から通常のプラットフォーム広告収益が生じる場合があります。別途合意がない限り、参加による報酬、公開、事業機会を保証するものではありません。
編集と公開の条件
この範囲の編集・投稿について、完成内容の事前確認や投稿ごとの承認は原則として行いません。別途合意した非公開事項は守ります。録音・録画の一時停止・終了や、利用条件についての相談を申し出ることができます。未解決の制限・懸念がある部分を公開許諾とみなすことはありません。勤務先の秘密、第三者の私的な情報、ご自身で許諾できない内容は話さないでください。無関係な商品の広告推薦、他の出版社等への転売、AIモデルの学習、目的の大きく異なる利用は含まれず、改めて合意が必要です。
フォームで取得する情報
自己紹介名、公開用のお名前、都市・国、メール、会い方、言語、18歳以上の確認、記録と公開への同意は標準登録に必要です。その他のプロフィールや振り返りの回答は任意です。今回の対話に関する連絡、事前準備、予約の照合、同意記録のために使います。First Orbitの目的として、今回の対話や直接関係する取材・つながりについてTomoから時折個別に連絡する場合があります。今後の連絡を希望しない場合はいつでも停止を申し出られます。登録をニュースレター・一斉案内・広告・無関係な営業案内への同意とは扱いません。こうした宣伝には別途の許可が必要です。連絡先や回答は公開せず、機微な個人情報は求めません。
利用サービスと情報へのアクセス
Cloudflareがサイトと暗号化されたD1の申し込み記録をホストします。予約に進むと、Googleが自身の規約に基づき予約情報やGoogle Meetの対話を処理します。CloudflareとGoogleはマレーシア国外で処理する場合があります。Tomoおよび事務・編集を手伝う権限を持つ担当者は、必要な情報に限ってアクセスし、秘密を守ります。合意済みの公開メディアは、一般の人と指定の配信プラットフォームが閲覧・利用できます。このサイトからCOMPASS 8や外部AIサービスへの送信、録音・録画・文字起こしの自動開始は行いません。
保存期間
First Orbitの暗号化された登録記録は、対話の準備・連絡・編集上の関係管理のために保管し、少なくとも年に一度必要性を見直します。登録記録は、別途の関係が続いている場合も送信から24か月で保存期限を迎え、毎日の定期削除処理で削除します。不要になればそれより早く削除します。登録記録の期限を超えて関係を続ける場合は、新たな適切な連絡の合意と必要最小限の関係記録を別途扱い、事前回答を無期限に保存しません。記録・公開への同意の証拠は必要な範囲で別途安全に保存します。録音・録画、編集中の文字起こし、Googleの予約記録、サービス提供者のバックアップ、公開メディアには別の管理期間があります。以前の登録は、当時お知らせした短い保存期間を尊重します。
ご本人の選択とお問い合わせ
開示、訂正、削除、利用制限、同意の撤回はtomo.cosmos.hq@gmail.comへご連絡ください。対話中にも懸念を伝えられます。他の人へ情報を渡さないため、必要な範囲で本人確認をお願いすることがあります。撤回の申し出があった場合は、解決まで新しい記録・公開を止め、管理できる公開物に対応して結果を説明します。第三者が保存・共有したコピーやキャッシュをすべて回収できるとは限りません。法令に基づく権利を失うものではありません。
同意の記録と過去の登録
サーバーは、参加条件の版、表示言語、公開用のお名前、記録と公開への明示的な同意、および受領日時を暗号化して記録します。受領番号は保存の確認であり、予約の成立や本人確認の証明ではありません。以前の非公開・記録・メディアの希望としての登録は、この新しい条件への同意ではなく、公開許諾に書き換えることはありません。

First Orbit ialah perbualan yang dirakam untuk pembelajaran awam dan penceritaan editorial, bukan perundingan sulit. Penyertaan adalah sukarela. Borang standard ini untuk peserta berumur 18 tahun ke atas yang bersetuju bagi diri sendiri. Hubungi Tomo sebelum memohon bagi peserta bawah umur, keperluan akses atau syarat rakaman/penerbitan yang berbeza.
Skop persetujuan
Audio dan video perbualan dirakam dan ditranskripsikan untuk menyediakan serta menyunting temu bual. Kebenaran meliputi sumbangan, nama pilihan untuk penerbitan, imej dan suara anda dalam temu bual yang disunting termasuk versi panjang, klip pendek, audio, artikel dan petikan di tomocosmos.com serta akaun berjenama TOMO COSMOS di YouTube, Facebook dan Instagram. Suntingan boleh merangkumi petikan, sari kata dan terjemahan dengan mengekalkan maksud serta konteks. Kandungan mungkin menjana hasil iklan platform biasa. Tiada bayaran, penerbitan atau peluang perniagaan dijanjikan melainkan dipersetujui secara berasingan.
Batas editorial
Suntingan atau siaran dalam skop ini biasanya tidak dihantar untuk pratonton atau kelulusan setiap kali. Pengecualian yang dipersetujui secara berasingan akan dihormati. Anda boleh meminta rakaman dijeda atau dihentikan dan membincangkan kebimbangan dengan Tomo. Sekatan yang belum diselesaikan bukan kebenaran untuk menerbitkan bahagian yang dipertikaikan. Jangan dedahkan maklumat sulit majikan, maklumat peribadi orang lain atau bahan yang anda tidak berhak benarkan. Sokongan iklan produk yang tidak berkaitan, penjualan kepada penerbit lain, latihan model AI atau tujuan yang berbeza secara ketara tidak diliputi dan memerlukan persetujuan baharu.
Data borang anda
Nama pengenalan, nama untuk penerbitan, bandar/negara, e-mel, pilihan pertemuan, bahasa, pengesahan umur dan kedua-dua persetujuan media diperlukan untuk pendaftaran standard. Maklumat profil dan refleksi yang lain adalah pilihan. Kami menggunakan data bagi urusan temu bual ini, persediaan, padanan tempahan dan bukti persetujuan. Sebagai tujuan First Orbit yang dimaklumkan, Tomo mungkin menghubungi anda secara peribadi dari semasa ke semasa tentang perbualan ini atau kisah dan hubungan editorial yang berkaitan secara langsung, melainkan anda meminta kami berhenti. Pendaftaran bukan kebenaran untuk surat berita promosi, jemputan pukal, pengiklanan, tawaran pihak ketiga atau pemasaran yang tidak berkaitan; tujuan tersebut memerlukan kebenaran berasingan. Permintaan menghentikan hubungan peribadi akan dihormati. Butiran hubungan dan jawapan borang tidak diterbitkan; data peribadi sensitif tidak diminta.
Perkhidmatan dan akses
Cloudflare mengehoskan laman dan rekod pendaftaran D1 yang disulitkan. Apabila anda memilih untuk membuat tempahan, Google memproses butiran janji temu dan sesi Google Meet mengikut terma Google. Cloudflare dan Google mungkin memproses data di luar Malaysia. Tomo dan pembantu pentadbiran atau editorial yang diberi kuasa hanya mengakses maklumat yang perlu dan mesti menjaga kerahsiaan. Media yang dipersetujui untuk diterbitkan boleh diakses orang awam dan platform yang dinamakan. Laman ini tidak menghantar data kepada COMPASS 8 atau perkhidmatan AI luaran dan tidak memulakan rakaman atau transkripsi secara automatik.
Penyimpanan
Rekod pendaftaran First Orbit yang disulitkan disimpan secara peribadi untuk menyelaras temu bual, komunikasi berkaitan dan hubungan editorial. Keperluan penyimpanan dikaji sekurang-kurangnya setiap tahun. Rekod pendaftaran awal diberikan tarikh tamat 24 bulan selepas penghantaran dan dipadam oleh proses pembersihan harian selepas tarikh itu, walaupun hubungan berasingan masih berterusan, atau lebih awal apabila tidak diperlukan. Hubungan yang berterusan selepas tempoh pendaftaran itu memerlukan aturan hubungan yang wajar dan rekod hubungan minimum yang berasingan; jawapan penuh borang tidak disimpan selama-lamanya. Bukti persetujuan rakaman/penerbitan yang terhad boleh disimpan secara berasingan selama diperlukan untuk penggunaan media dan permintaan yang dipersetujui. Rakaman, transkrip kerja, rekod tempahan Google, sandaran penyedia dan media yang diterbitkan mempunyai kitaran penyimpanan lain. Pendaftaran terdahulu kekal tertakluk pada tempoh penyimpanan lebih pendek yang dimaklumkan kepada peserta ketika itu.
Pilihan dan permintaan anda
E-mel tomo.cosmos.hq@gmail.com untuk akses, pembetulan, pemadaman, batas penggunaan atau penarikan balik persetujuan. Kebimbangan juga boleh dibangkitkan semasa perbualan. Pengesahan yang berkadar mungkin diminta supaya data tidak didedahkan kepada orang lain. Apabila persetujuan ditarik balik, rakaman/penerbitan baharu dihentikan sementara permintaan diselesaikan, bahan di bawah kawalan kami ditangani dan hasilnya diterangkan. Salinan yang telah dimuat turun, dikongsi atau dicache oleh pihak lain mungkin tidak dapat diperoleh semula. Hak berkanun yang terpakai tidak diketepikan.
Rekod dan pendaftaran terdahulu
Pelayan merekodkan versi terma, bahasa dipaparkan, nama untuk penerbitan, keputusan persetujuan rakaman/penerbitan yang nyata dan masa penerimaan dalam rekod disulitkan. Resit mengesahkan penyimpanan, bukan tempahan atau identiti yang disahkan. Pendaftaran terdahulu yang hanya menyatakan pilihan perbualan peribadi, dirakam atau media tidak memberi kebenaran di bawah terma baharu ini dan tidak akan ditukar menjadi persetujuan penerbitan.
