I’m Tomohisa Haraguchi (Tomo)—a father of five and a Japanese entrepreneur based in Malaysia. I started PanKobo Japanese Bakery in Johor Bahru in 2013.
My wife is Malaysian Chinese, and raising our five children brings both joy and real challenges. Waldorf (Steiner) education has so far been the best fit for our family—not a universal answer, but a community where children, parents and educators can grow together. Football and Japan–Malaysia connections shape me too.
I still reflect on Money & You (2015) and the Instructor Training Program (2018), bringing that learning into everyday life. Family, education, business, community and real encounters all shape TOMO COSMOS.

You are more than one introduction.
A parent and an entrepreneur. A student and a teacher. A football player, an engineer, a friend, an artist—or something else entirely. A person is never only one title.
Your cosmos holds your experiences, relationships, values, knowledge, questions, emotions and capabilities. It holds needs, memories, struggles, hopes and possibilities, too. It is still becoming.
My cosmos is not better than yours. I’m simply curious about yours.

A meeting should not disappear after the meeting ends. When useful and permitted, I remember, reflect, follow up, connect people or ideas, and take action. Sometimes, we share approved parts of the process.
